About wine: Unique, beautiful quality, noble wine fell the wealth of nature, character of Istria, tradition and gentle hand of winemaker. A rich and full wine with an intense gold color and a complex aroma, that is still maturing and evolving. Intensive and temperamental, aromatic remainding of citrus, peaches, flowers of acacia and sweet spices. A mineral palate whit a good combination of elegance and structure. Very distinctive and delicate at the same time. It’s a “Selection”, 6 days of maceration like red wines. Ageing 24 months in old Slovenian and French oak barrels, lying on lees.
Serve temperature: The wine is best served around 16-18 ºC.
Serving suggestion: Malvasia aMorus is best tasted with truffles, rabbit or chicken with rosemary, cheese…
