About wine: The most complex wine with great aging potential, made only in best vintages and in very limited quantity. A blend of more varieties, depends of the qualiy and potential of single grapes. We select only the most mature grapes which are good for 6 month of maceration with spontaneus fermentation. The wine need 3 years of aging in oak barrels and after it goes in the bottles without filtration. Is natural wine, made using biodinamyc pricimples. Very poweful, full of mature notes and life. Is Black wine for special moments which you will never forget.
Serve temperature: The wine is best served around 18 ºC.
